I’M IN MY 60s AND I’M HERE TO TELL YOU, AGE HAS NO LIMITS

I’m Connie a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach, I’ve spent years helping women stay strong as their bodies change, and that work grew out of my own lived experience.

As I moved through my fifties and into my sixties, staying active became less about chasing workouts and more about understanding what my body could do on any given day. I dealt with joint pain, stiffness, and the slow grind of arthritic hips that eventually led to two hip replacements. Training sensibly wasn’t a choice, it was the only way forward. I had to learn how to listen, how to adjust, and how to stay consistent without pushing myself into injury.

That process shaped the coach I became. When a woman tells me she can’t squat as deep, or that her back feels tight, or that she’s frustrated with how her body responds now, I get it. I pay attention. I meet her where she is and help her build strength in a way that feels doable and sustainable.

Strength to me isn’t only about muscle. It’s resilience. It’s choosing yourself. It’s showing up when your body feels different than it did ten years ago. My goal with every woman I train is simple, to help her establish a routine that supports her life, honors her body, and makes her feel capable in her everyday world.
