My name is Beth Callan and I am 63 years old. About a year and a half ago I decided to search for a personal trainer. I found Connie Cramer, and she is wonderful. I was getting older and realized aside from my clothes being tighter, I needed to protect myself from the perils of getting older; loss of strength, balance and ultimately loss of independence.
I needed to work with someone who understood the human body and the aging body. I needed to work with someone who challenged me, listened to me, watched me, and encouraged me. Someone who was thoughtful and tweaked her individually prepared workout when necessary. Someone who understood that the reward of the workout was improved strength and balance, and if you could fit into that dress that has been sitting in the back of your closet that was a win win!
Connie Cramer assesses where you are, builds your capacity, challenges you, supports you and is mindful of the aging body. She is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and observant. She is able to train males, and females, young and old. There are no “cookie cutter” workouts. I highly recommend her! Thank you, Connie!
